Having marked their position on the face of the outer wall, 16mm angled clearance holes are drilled through the outer wall and into the party wall and thoroughly cleaned out. The CemTie pinning nozzle, attached to the grout gun, is pumped full of HeliBond grout and the required length of CemTie is then wound into the nozzle, covering it in grout. The nozzle is inserted to the back of the clearance hole and as the grout is pumped out it carries the fully grouted CemTie with it.
